General comments: 2 of our party blanked to the amazement of Mehdi, the owner. Especially as the 3 guys who fished the previous week had 60 carp out! The fish didn't come bank onto feed until Wednesday night and all were males, the females were clearly getting ready to spawn. The honeymoon period for Pineapple Crush detering the poisson chat is over, we had loads on it! Mistral Rose Hip did better at keeping them at bay. Overall a great little water we just hit it at the wrong time!

General comments: Mehdi has created a fantastic fishery. The facilities are great : big freezer, clean shower, piping hot water. The venue is stunning surrounded by trees. Peacefull, tranquil, oh and the fishing is amazing ! The fish are in great condition. They fight hard and there are plenty of them. Cheers to Angling Lines for another great holiday. They are well organised, really helpfull. This is our fifth year and many more to come. Mehdi is very helpfull and is the perfect host. We have had a truly great week. Already planning next year ! What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Pineapple Crush boilies (20mm) fished over lots of particle (Quest Garlic Feast).

Were the facilities what you expected? Perfect. Clean shower & toilet (shower was really hot & strong), large fridge & bait freezer, plus sink area. All new & housed in a purpose built wooden cabin.

Were you happy with them? Very happy.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend? Yes totally - secluded, tranquil, natural... and good fishing. What more could you want!

General comments: We started the week using fishmeal boilies & pellet & had quite a bit of trouble with the Poisson Chat. Changed to Quest Pineapple Crush boilies and hardly had another Chat all week - they deffinitely work in detering the Chat. Main tactic was baitboat to far side features, fishing 20mm boilie (topped with small 12mm plastic yellow boilie) over Quest Garlic Feast particle mix. Used quite a bit of bait (15kg boilies, 30kg particle). Our advice would be to stay off the fishmeal (pellet or boilie) if you want to avoid the Poisson Chat. Setting was absolutely beautiful - to have this lake to yourself really is a carp anglers dream & we unreservedly recommend it. See my article for more details.

General comments: Thank you, Both had very good holiday, Plenty of fish caught everyday. Lovely conditon fish. 5 Star facilities. Recommend to all.
