What did you find were the best tactics/baits: small amounts of bait fished to features bog standard hair rig with popped up maise hookbait

General comments: daily temps-sat high 70s-sun 80s-mon 80s-tues 80s-wed high 70s fish just would not feed started spawning sunday until 7pm wed when the sky went black and it rained for 20 secs this knocked them off spawning and onto the feed we then started to catch temps dropped to high 60s low seventies until time of departure .PASCALLE is a brilliant host and cannot do enough to make your time there a pleasent one, and a big thanks to the angling lines staff, hope to go back in september. many thanks MERVIN GARRATT PS i had a shoulder injury so could not hold the fish properly for photos

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: either single hook baits, or bright coloured pop-ups worked well, you need to find the gravel-bars, bait up on the bars with freebies and drop your hookbait on top

Were the facilities what you expected? yes and more

General comments: What a terrific place, the whole complex is a pleasure to be on, Pascale is a wonderful person, nothing was too much trouble, home-made apple pies, fresh bread, she is a star ! unfortunatly the weather was against us, scorching hot every day, in the high 80,s fish was not feeding, they were coming on for spawning, but Jim Booth managed to winkle out his p.b. of 43lb-9, Leigh Booth managed his p.b. of 29lb-12, and Daryll Sharp managed his p.b. of 34lb, We think next year we will just have to go again but for 2 weeks, 1 just is,nt enough, Cant praise the venue or the people enough A huge thank you to everyone, SEE YOU NEXT YEAR !!! MAGIC

General comments: superb venue pascal and staff really go out there way to make sure your stay is perfect even baked us a lovely apple pie.we shall be certainley going back to this venue again the fishing was picking up towards the end of the week along with the weather there will be some big catches shortly all the fish were mint condition with a good average weight
