What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Only one tactic used 20mm squid flavoured boilies. Fished in line on the bottom.

General comments: Excellent lake and grounds, like a garden. Could do with mains electricity but not really a problem. Clear blue skies and bright sunshine most of the week. Fantastic. Thanks Chris and David for a very nice stay.

General comments: After 11 days of cracking fishing we decided to pack up and go to Paris for some sightseeing. The next party when you arrive hope you have as much fun as we did. If you want a PB this is the lake for YOU.Chris and David are the best and anything you need just ask. More than willing to help. Thanks to them we had a great time and fond memories will always remain with us. Photos to follow.

General comments: Stunning lake fishing was hard but, when the fish came they are the best I have ever seen, Dave & Chris looked after us well. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

General comments: Very enjoyable week at a lovely venue and great hosts in David & Chris. Fishing was tough at times and didn't seem to want to feed but that's fishing!

General comments: We all enjoyed the venue. Pity about the weather. Conditions for June poor results. Fish did not want to feed. Just our luck! Although we would like to come back. David and Chris very helpful felt sorry for conditions. Gave us 20kg bag of pellet to bait different swims. Respect to them for a beautiful venue.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Snowman rig, coated braid, lead clip system, pop-up hinge rig lead clip system. Fish meal bottom topped with tuttie pop-up. Over 100 kg of particles pellet and boillie.

General comments: The lake is superb, Paradise! The fishing is the best we have experienced in over 20 years. Cant wait for next year - we have booked already! Thankyou David and Chrissy. Photos to follow. NOTE FROM SIMONE THRESH: As a fishing widow I most definitely had my reservations about coming here.... but only one word can describe my experience.... PARADISE! Upset to be leaving far far beyond my expectations. Definitely one place for the ladies.
