Brief details of your catches: 46 fish to 54pounds and two forties very good fishing had by all. few fish lost by every one.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: most fish at far margins big beds and small bed of bait work well just leave them out there dont spook em.

General comments: pascal was great as usual runs a great complex. fish in great condition. second time to the lakes wont be the last.highly recomend it.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Activate 8 was the winner followed by source followed by maize with sythetic hook bait,far margins in gravel,tip/take boat out with a cane ,can vary 1-2mtrs of gravel then silt. . .we had a great time weather was awfull rained all week,thanks to Pascals son for his info,also thanks to Pascal for help and advice , she really cares about her fishery and is well clued up on fishing

General comments: As Pascals son told us [dont over bait]it will kill it, bout pint er hemp/pint er pellet /12 boilies if using maize then 2pints maize/1 pint hemp

Brief details of your catches: At the end of the week, we had caught 68 carps, including 1 koi, a couple big grascarps. 30 of fish where over 10 kilos, the biggest once at 15kg , 15,5kg, 15,6kg, 16,2kg, 17,3kg, 17,6kg, 17,7kg, 20kg og 23,8kg.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Close to the margins, with small bait application, topped up often.

General comments: Great place and fantatic fishing, with a top service. Slow start with many lost fish. Later on we got some spots going and by fishing hit and hold close to the margin, we got a lot more fish on the bank.

Brief details of your catches: Catch rates were good in the main part of the lake, but the back part was up to 33 deg on one day. 50 fish, including 11 30's, biggest 36lb 4oz, no monsters!

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Far bottom corner, in the snags, all fish at night (weather was very hot).

General comments: Good week had by all, you can't book the weather, but at least it wasn't wet all week.

Brief details of your catches: 67 fish landed for a total weight of 1,682.5lb's to seven anglers. Biggest carp 46lb mirror.totals 18 x 10's, 27 x 20's, 21 x 30's, 1x 46lbMost fish were high 20's to mid 30's. 9 grass carp to 23lb39 mirror carp to 46lb18 common carplots of fish lost to snags!!

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: fished maize over maize and pellet as tight as you dare to the snag on the far margins. But fish were caught on most baits we tried.

General comments: La Traque is a mature water with plenty of spots to fish to,over hanging trees, gravel bars and snags. The owner Pascale is fantastic and very hospitable, the facilities are second to none to match Pascale's baking (thanks for the pie). The fish caught were in pristeen condition and put a good scrap. I have already booked the venue for next April.

Brief details of your catches: I only had 3 fish that week, but 1 was a 55lb mirror, which pascal told me was the lake record to date. Obviously I was very happy. The other 2 fish were a 29lb common and a low 20 mirror.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: The best tactics were to fish to the far bank margins with snowman rigs, I found brightly coloured baits worked best.

General comments: This was my 3rd visit to the complex,and it was just as fun and rewarding as the last 2 times,pascal is a great hostess.
