Brief details of your catches: Chris -13 fish to 35lb 11oz. Grass Carp, Charlie S. -29 fish to 26lb 4oz, Floppy-28 fish to 22lb 6oz, Gat-3 fish to 33lb 4oz, Gary-12 fish in 2 Cats to 37lb 8oz, Charlie B-8 fish to 18lb, Biscuit-17 fish to 26lb 6oz (110 fish)!!

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Accurate baiting and rig placement. Paying close attention to the features, bait boat use is preferable. Smokey Macks worked well.

Were the facilities what you expected? No Much Better

Brief details of your catches: 3PB's. Mirrors: 39, 37, 33, 31, 31, 29, 28lb. Plus 54 carp between 8 - 19lb. 3lb 8oz cruician.

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Cat Lake: Small balls of particles, 8mm strawberry boilies. Carp Lake: Minimal baiting as weather cold, find features & fish accurately.

Were the facilities what you expected? Yes, excellent & a lovely cabin.

Were you happy with them? Yes, we loved them.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend? Yes if I had one!! No, really it is a lovely venue.

Would you recommend our services to a friend? Yes & I have repeatedly.

General comments: Despite a nightmare journey (due to a breakdown) & very bad weather, we had a great week. The venue is lovely & very well maintained. The food package is well worth the money (breakfast is the bollocks!). Sue & Dave were very helpful, friendly & most importantly we all had a laugh. We highly recommend Windmill & we will return when the sun comes out!!!

Brief details of your catches: didnt fish most days as i was tired out from getting to and from the house it was a long way from the caravan

What did you find were the best tactics/baits: tried using the lakes own boilies without any sucsess

Were the facilities what you expected? no i was very dissapointed

Were you happy with them? no cabin and very small caravan without toilet

Would you recommend the venue to a friend? not if they couldnt walk far

Would you recommend our services to a friend? took a long time to reply to my nephews complaint

General comments: the roof blew off the cabin two days prior to our holiday. would of been better off staying in england and going to a mud bath.
